Delete Your Account

1. Delete your account in the app (iOS and Android)

1. 1Open the app and sign in.
2. 2Open the "Account" tab.
3. 3Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete account", the red row below "Sign Out".
4. 4A box titled "Delete your account?" appears. Tap "Delete permanently" to confirm, or "Cancel" to stop.

The app shows these labels in the language you chose. In Turkish they are "Hesap", "Hesabı sil" and "Kalıcı olarak sil". In German they are "Konto", "Konto löschen" and "Endgültig löschen".

Deleting an account cannot be undone. When it is finished, the app signs you out.

2. Delete your account on the website

1. 1Go to aiforceos.eu and sign in.
2. 2Open "Account" in the top menu. This is the "My Account" page.
3. 3On the "Overview" tab, scroll to the red "Danger Zone" box and click "Delete Account".
4. 4Click "Yes, delete my account" to confirm, or "Cancel" to stop.

Deleting your account also cancels a card or PayPal subscription. Read section 3 first.

3. What happens to your subscription

• Card or PayPal subscription, deleting in the app or on the website: before anything is deleted, we check that the subscription belongs to your account and cancel it with Stripe, so it will not renew or be charged again. If Stripe cannot be reached, or the subscription cannot be confirmed as yours, nothing is deleted, you are told that the account could not be deleted, and you are asked to write to us at info@digimindsphere.com.
• Apple in-app subscription (bought in an earlier version of the iOS app): deleting your account does not cancel it and Apple keeps billing. Cancel it first on your iPhone in Settings > your name > Subscriptions, or at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.
• Complimentary access granted by us ends with the account.

4. What is deleted

• Your sign-in account: email address, password and any Apple or Google sign-in linked to it.
• Your profile: name, company, country, phone number, language choice and onboarding interests.
• Your subscription record.
• Invoice details you entered on the website.
• Your learning progress (lessons completed) and which notifications you have read.
• In the app: the resume point stored on your device.
• Your Ask Digi questions: we do not store them, so there is nothing to delete.

Deleting takes effect straight away: you can no longer sign in. Our database provider may keep routine backups, and deleted data can remain in them until they are overwritten or expire under that provider's own schedule.

5. What is kept, and why

• Records held by other companies. Stripe keeps its own payment, invoice and customer records, and Apple (and RevenueCat, for earlier in-app purchases) keep purchase records. We do not delete these when you delete your account. They are held under those companies' own policies, and financial and accounting records may be kept by them for as long as the law requires. The invoice details we store ourselves are removed with your account.
• Newsletter address. If you subscribed to the newsletter on the website, the address is stored separately from your account and is not removed with it. Write to us to have it removed.
• Messages you sent us. Contact-form messages and emails stay in our support mailbox for as long as needed to answer you and follow up.
• Server logs. Our hosting and backend providers keep technical request logs for the period they set under their own terms and security measures.

6. If you cannot sign in

Email info@digimindsphere.com from the address your account uses, with the subject "Delete my account", and tell us whether you want the newsletter address removed too. We will respond without undue delay and within the time limits set by data protection law, as stated in our privacy policy. We may ask you to confirm that the account is yours before we act on the request.
