Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Advanced AI Institute for CEOs platform. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Advanced AI Institute for CEOs.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Advanced AI Institute for CEOs platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and subscribers.
2. Description of Service
Advanced AI Institute for CEOs provides an AI-focused educational platform offering video content, podcasts, news, and live mentoring sessions designed for executives and business professionals. The Service is available via web browser and mobile applications.
3. Accounts and Registration
To access certain features you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
The Service offers a single annual subscription plan, billed once a year. There is no monthly plan and no free trial. All prices are stated in Euros (€) and exclude applicable taxes. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each annual billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your Account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods unless required by applicable law. Payments are processed via secure third-party providers. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis.
5. In-App Purchases (Mobile)
Subscriptions are bought on our website, by card through our payment provider Stripe; the mobile applications do not sell subscriptions. A subscription that was bought through Apple In-App Purchase in an earlier version of our iOS application is billed and managed by Apple and is subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Apple and Google are not responsible for the content or services provided by Advanced AI Institute for CEOs.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the platform — including videos, audio, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of Advanced AI Institute for CEOs or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) share your account credentials with others; (b) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy our content; (d) upload or transmit malicious code; (e) harass other users or staff; or (f) misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
8. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at /aiforceos.eu/privacy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.
9. Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time: in the mobile application, from Account → Delete account; on the website, from Account → Danger Zone → Delete Account (the steps are also listed at aiforceos.eu/delete-account). Deleting your account also cancels an active card subscription, so that it is not charged again; if the subscription cannot be cancelled or cannot be confirmed as yours, nothing is deleted and you will be asked to contact us. A subscription bought through Apple In-App Purchase cannot be cancelled by us and should be cancelled in your Apple ID settings before you delete your account. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed from our systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Educational content is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional, legal, or financial advice.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Advanced AI Institute for CEOs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy and the European Union. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Italy, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under applicable EU law.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
